Indian Pre Wedding Photoshoot of
Harsan & Vasudaa
Our love blooms quietly. Just like these calm waters and innocent trees, it cradles our hearts into eternal bliss.
The air was pleasant, and the sun looked like a ball of fresh gold when I drove down to Vasudaa’s maternal home in Karur. The house had an old-world vibe, the kind that pleases your heart and makes you long for the simplest things in life. Greeting the bride and groom-to-be with a bit of spirited chitter-chatter was followed by a stroll in the backyard. To my delight, it was painted lovely with earthy and rich tones of brown and green. And in the middle of this Nature’s bounty stood a lively Vasudaa and a warm-hearted Harsan, gleefully lost in each other’s company.
The backyard further opened up to a quaint farm, and between light-hearted chuckles and tales of love, we made our way there. With the perfect backdrop of lofty banana trees, a dreamlike pond, and quaintly paved bricks, the land appeared as if it lay enchanted under Nature’s spell. Lone and contented, Vasudaa and Harsan enjoyed long walks amidst the stunning landscape as I clicked them from a distance. It was beautiful to watch all the different colours play out perfectly in the frames, from deep greens and browns to bright pinks and whites clad by the couple. But what pleased me the most was the effortlessness of it all, right from the couples poses to the unfolding of the place, immersed in the alluring whiff of mud and serenading melodies from tiny birds. Undoubtedly, photographing in such a tranquil environment was a meditative experience. Whenever I look back at the day, my heart rejoices at the lovely opportunities that often come my way.
