And so we came together during the biggest day of our lives– teeming with love under a starry, starry sky.
The evening air was fragrant with the scent of luscious red roses, and the sky was just a few minutes shy of sublime dusk. I was strolling the royal milieus of Hyderabad’s Fort Grand, its towering beige and grey stone structure capturing much of my vision and imagination. There I was in the graceful company of the most beautiful bride, Sreethika. She was adorned in a delicate golden saree and intricate diamond jewels, her eyes filled with a joy that’s hard to replicate. As she played with the delicate veil and ambled gleefully alongside me, I did what I loved the most. I found picturesque angles amidst the olden, stone-walled fort to capture the bride and her many emotions as she anticipated her dreamy Telugu wedding ceremony.
As the sun bid goodbye, deeper blues took over the skies, and the evening air started filling with the enchanting tune of shehnais. Sreethika and Ranadeep’s loved ones began arriving in their jolliest spirits and glimmering outfits. And before we knew it, the rituals of this holy Telugu wedding had taken over. There, with the majestic fort in the backdrop, shone the wedding dais with hundreds of tiny lamps and bright white moringas. Amidst them were the gorgeous bride and groom, tying the knot as I witnessed and documented the dreamiest Telugu wedding photoshoot.
The stars were slowly grasping the night sky above, and beneath them, wedding songs were sung, pastel garlands exchanged, and families were greeted with the tightest hugs. But within the joyful chaos, I was grateful to find delicate moments unfolding for a memorable Telugu wedding photography shoot. An elated Ranadeep is captured glancing at his bride-to-be through a veil of jasmines, the delicate flowers complimenting the groom’s silken white wedding attire. In a different spur of time, Ranadeep holds Sreethika by the shoulder, showing her the moon peeking over them. It is always these fleeting, humane moments that I seek to capture with my lens wherever I go. Naturally, I was happy to make a glittering bouquet of Telugu marriage photos for this lovely couple. Not every day, you celebrate the holy union of a gorgeous couple in a majestic fort as the midnight sky shines brilliantly above.
