A splash of colour, a sip of glee, and a twirl of togetherness. When lovers like us come together, the world is bound to celebrate.

The quaint and history-laden city of Nizams was shining with a golden glamour when I awoke there one fine morning. I remember making my way to The Reserve as the breezes accompanied my car and cottony clouds played a game of chase above. I was there to capture the cocktail and sangeet ceremonies of Sreethika and Ranadeep, an adoring couple with a vivacious family. The haldi wedding photoshoot began with romantic portraits of the bride and groom-to-be, as a jovial Sreethika posed in her delicate pastel yellow lehenga and floral ornaments. At the same time, Ranadeep graced the frame with a vivacious smile as his embellished white kurta glowed with gentle sparks of light. Soon enough, friends and family gathered to colour the bride and groom in vibrant shades of marigold and turmeric. Before we knew it, our Haldi wedding photography took an exciting turn. A dynamic pool party ensued at sunset, followed by a heartwarming mehendi, where the couple sang and danced with their friends and family well into the night.

Sreethika and Ranadeep’s sangeet was an equally exuberant affair. As the sun made its way across a clear blue sky, I ambled the sprawling green lawns of The Reserve for the couple’s cocktail and sangeet photography. Afternoon arrived with Sreethika’s poise portraits with her loved ones as she glowed in a suave pink saree. Her man was right by her side in pastel shades of cream and pink, and together, the couple shone in serenity and contentment. The charming portraits were followed by a sweet exchange of gifts, vows, and greetings at dusk. It wasn’t long till the stars took over the night sky, and the air sang of shimmer and jazz. The lovely pinks and whites all transformed into glittering blues and blacks as an exciting cocktail party brewed. Happy and drunk in love, the couple danced the evening away with their loved ones, truly ending the night on a high.
